I tried out this recipe and was absolutely delighted. It was taken from 365 Easy Vegetarian Recipes given to me by my sister-in-law.
1 can Black beans, drained, rinsed
2 tbs Mayo
1 tbs Breadcrumbs, plain
Small amount of flour
Seasoning to taste
> Mash beans with mayo in a bowl.
> Stir in seasoning and breadcrumbs.
> Form mixture into (4) patties, with lightly floured hands.
> Spray skillet
> Cook (3) minutes over medium heat on each side
Add cheese and all youre delicious toppings.
