I'm so excited to share a few totes that I just listed in my shop. I sewed these totes this spring, but have really struggled to get them online. As always, my beautiful little sister modeled them for me and we had loads of fun doing so.

I've been receiving multiple messages each week regarding new totes, shop updates, and the future of greenie bean recycle. To be honest with you, I've had to make a major (to me) decision to let greenie bean take a back burner for the immediate future. It has been four years since I began my little company and every day of that four years has been spent pushing it forward, striving for something big and growing greenie bean into a business I can be proud of. I'm extremely proud of the work that I've done and what I've accomplished. But I'm tired and in this season of my life, I just can't dedicate the hours per week that I had been. Grad school, the Urban Folk Circuit, my marriage and home are all-consuming these days.

And so this is a small announcement, not that I'm stopping, but that I'm pausing in my hand-making pursuits. I can't say that I will have new products soon, but I won't say that I won't! I'm actually hoping that taking a break from craft shows (I'll be at Glenwood and Strange Folk) will alleviate the pressure to produce and that I will find my way back to my studio for the comfort, relaxation, and inspiration I once found in that space.
